1. Service Booking & Payment
Customers can book services (Deep Cleaning / AC Rectification) through our mobile application or website by making a full or partial payment online.
Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
Before 24 hours of scheduled service: 100% refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if applicable).
Within 24 hours of scheduled service: 50% of service value will be refunded.
After service team arrival or start of work: No refund will be provided.
Company-Initiated Cancellation:
If PIPXA cancels the service due to any operational issue (staff unavailability, equipment issue, or scheduling error), the customer will receive a 100% refund or may choose to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used for booking.
Any delay in bank processing is beyond the company’s control.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Customers can reschedule a booking once without charge if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
Repeated rescheduling may attract a nominal fee.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
If service is delayed due to customer unavailability or location inaccessibility.
If cleaning or rectification work is partially completed due to customer request.
In case of dissatisfaction where the work was completed as per defined scope and standards.
